The Analytical Services Group at Yale West Campus is excited to announce the third Regional Core Facility Tech Forum scheduled for May 7, 2020. This event is designed to connect members of the Core Facility community (scientists, and users) to exchange ideas, network, collaborate and to reconnect with colleagues and to provide exposure to new and trending technology with talks. The morning session will feature 20-minute Technical Talks in two separate tracks, to be held concurrently between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM. This year we are also introducing a “Lightning Talk” section to encourage our users and core staff to present research performed utilizing core facility instruments. Prizes will be awarded for the two best talks. The talks are open to faculty, student and post-doctoral scholars in addition to Core Facility scientists from local universities and biotech companies. Also, new this year-Image Contest for best Instruments/ Data/ Images featuring your work. Please submit an original photo featuring your work or instrument. Prizes will be awarded for the top three images. Please note that the image may potentially be used in future promotional materials.
